Following on from my last post, I am excited to say I am now running some jewellery making workshops in Pocklington! So if you have ever wanted to have a go and learn for yourself head on over to this page to find out more!
There will be small groups of 4 so everyone gets plenty of attention and a chance to ask questions. I'm looking forward to sharing my knowledge and seeing what my students make, it always amazes me that we can all start with the same raw materials and turn it in to something unique to us.
To start with I'll be focusing on making rings, earrings and pendants all in taster sessions or a full day class. In September, I'll be starting an 8 week evening class, running on a Sunday evening where we will cover all the skills needed for jewellery making and will get to work with gemstones too! I've also got ideas for Christmas themed workshops and wax carving sessions.
The first lessons start in July so not long to wait now, I've really missed my jewellery classes over the last year so I am very ready to get back to it.
